Geoff Hale

Geoff Hale is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and public policy, currently serving as Chief of JCDC Partnerships at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since April 2024. Prior to this role, Geoff held multiple leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from August 2015 to April 2024, including Director of the Election Security Initiative and Director of the Election Task Force. Geoff also has experience as a Cybersecurity Strategy & Integration Program Manager. Earlier in his career, Geoff worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, focusing on management and strategy change consulting for federal clients, and at Nahigian Strategies, where Geoff engaged in public policy and strategic communications. Geoff holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia.
