Jonathan Parker

Jonathan Parker, GA-ACEM, CPD, is a skilled professional in protective security and emergency management with extensive experience in both public and organizational sectors. Currently serving as a Protective Security Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2021, Jonathan has previously held significant roles at the Georgia Emergency Management Agency/Homeland Security, where responsibilities included conducting security and resilience assessments for critical infrastructure. Jonathan's background includes volunteer work during Hurricane Irma at the Gwinnett County Office of Emergency Management, service as a Corporate Security Officer at Battelle, and a tenure at the Hall County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff. Jonathan's military experience in the United States Marine Corps involved logistics and security operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
