Alison Gardyne

Alison Gardyne currently serves as the Head of Global Employee Relations at Cisco, where the focus is on optimizing the execution of the global employee relations strategy. Prior experience includes a tenure at Intel Corporation as Sr. Director of Global Employee and Labor Relations, where Alison built a comprehensive employee relations function for a workforce of 125,000, expanding the team significantly. Additional roles at Intel encompassed Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of the Law & Policy Group, managing employee relations practices, conducting HR investigations, and providing legal guidance on employment issues. Earlier experience also includes key positions at Yahoo! as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Employment Law, as well as several roles in employment law at leading law firms. Alison holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Tufts University.
