Angus Peacey

Angus Peacey is an experienced professional in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as CoHost of The Angus & Pete Show since October 2024. Angus has held significant roles at Cisco, including EMEA CX Partner GTM Strategy & Planning from April 2021 and an interim position as Cloud Contact Center Consultant EMEAR from August 2019 to March 2020. Prior to Cisco, Angus worked as Cloud Contact Center Consultant UK&I at BroadSoft, and briefly as a Product Management Consultant at Verizon, where responsibilities included drafting business cases and defining product propositions for cloud contact center solutions. Angus also served as Director of Contact Centre Sales EMEA at BroadSoft and held various product management roles at Vodafone Group, focusing on IP Contact Centre solutions and customer interaction products. With a strong academic background, Angus earned an MBA from Henley Business School and a B.Soc.Sci from the University of Cape Town.
