Previously, they held roles ranging from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager at Cisco and worked at Aricent, Wipro, and Nokia Siemens Networks, showcasing strong leadership in team development and technology transfer. Baskar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the University of Madras, where they have achieved First Class Distinction.
