Gene Kim

Gene Kim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Leader of Go-to-Market Strategy at Cisco since 2025, Gene has previously held senior vice president positions in finance at Isovalent and Yubico. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Ease Inc. - Process Performance Solutions and vice president of finance and operations at SecureAuth Corporation. Gene began a career in finance as a senior financial analyst at Riverbed Technology and worked as a senior associate at Ernst & Young. Gene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
