Hiral Shah

Hiral Shah, PMP, currently serves as the Leader of Transformation Program Management at Cisco, overseeing a team of program managers to drive significant cross-functional strategic projects within the security portfolio. Responsibilities include leading go-to-market efforts for new AI products. Previously, Hiral held positions at VMware, including Program Manager for Ecosystems Services, where oversight included partner certification programs for NSX, vSphere, and vRealize products, and Project Manager for Ecosystems Engineering, focused on coordinating driver development. Earlier career experience includes eight years as a Structural Engineer at MAVERICK ENGINEERING, managing construction projects and collaborating with various stakeholders. Hiral holds a Master's degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree from L.D. College of Engineering, with supplemental education from UC Berkeley Extension.
