Indira Munukutla has over a decade of experience in senior management and program management roles, primarily at Cisco from September 2010 to September 2021. As a Senior Manager in Channel Partner Enablement, Indira oversaw the delivery and operations of premier solutions for the Global Partner Operations team, focusing on both on-premises and cloud-based platforms. In the role of Senior Program Manager, responsibilities included developing and implementing a strategic framework for the protection and privacy of customer data across applications. As a Program Manager, Indira successfully transitioned the CRM platform from Oracle to Salesforce.com, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency for a global technical support organization. Earlier, Indira worked at Fujitsu Computer Systems from January 1998 to January 2007 as a Technical Leader and Project Manager, implementing various Oracle systems and middleware technologies. Indira holds ITIL® and Agile Development Methodology certificates, showcasing expertise in IT service management and agile practices.
