Janne Forsman

Head Of Service Management, Northern Europe at Cisco

Janne Forsman has extensive experience in service management and delivery, currently serving as the Head of Service Management for Cisco Customer Experience in Northern Europe since July 2012. In this role, Janne oversees service delivery across Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics, focusing on strategic direction and P&L ownership. Previously, Janne held positions as a Service Delivery Executive and Client Delivery Manager at Cisco, managing advanced services delivery portfolios for enterprise and service provider accounts. Prior to joining Cisco, Janne worked as Production Development Manager at Oriola Oy and held the position of Logistics Manager at YIT Building Systems Finland. Janne holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University.
