Kausalya Ganesh

Kausalya (Kaush) Ganesh is currently the Lead UX Researcher at Cisco, specializing in AI, security, and accessibility. Their career in UX research, which began with a foundation in digital marketing and strategy, is focused on blending human-computer interaction with innovative research to enhance cybersecurity systems. Kausalya has previously held various roles at Cisco, including Design Research Intern and Senior Design Researcher. They also have experience in marketing management and public relations, supplemented by academic pursuits at SRM University and the University of Maryland, where they are working towards a Master of Science.
