Kelly Randall

Kelly Randall is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and data center management. From May 2017 to October 2023, Kelly served as the Global Enterprise Midwest Operation Senior Solutions Engineering Leader at Cisco, where responsibilities included providing technical guidance to over 15 customers in the Cleveland Akron/Canton area and developing Healthcare Customer Reference Architecture documents. Prior to Cisco, Kelly managed infrastructure and security for 12 global data centers at Hyland Software from April 2011 to May 2017, leading a team to support a data infrastructure hosting terabytes of data. Earlier experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at NCR Corporation from June 2001 to February 2006. Kelly holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Business from Wright State University, earned between January 1997 and January 2001.
