Laurie Fetters possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager in People & Communities at Cisco since July 2017. In this role, Laurie specializes in workforce organizational consulting, organizational design, and complex data analysis to support strategic talent alignment across sales, marketing, and customer experience sectors.
