Neeharika Palaka

Neeharika Palaka currently serves as a Strategy & Planning Manager at Cisco, focusing on Compute, Data Center Networking, Service Provider Routing, and Industrial IoT since April 2024. Previously, Neeharika held the same title at Cisco Meraki for the Global Enterprise and LATAM segments from November 2023 to March 2024. From March 2019 to March 2023, Neeharika was a Group Manager for Product Marketing & Strategy at VMware, leading initiatives for VMware Marketplace and its associated products. Earlier roles include multiple positions in product marketing and business operations at VMware, as well as experience as a Senior Associate at Strategy& and a Product Manager at Enverus. Neeharika began a career in engineering as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger and has a solid educational foundation with an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
