Nic McCartney is the Architecture & Engineering Leader for AI, Data Centre, and Networking at Cisco Services in the UK and Ireland. They have been with Cisco since 1996, following earlier roles at StrataCom, Alcatel, and AT&T. Nic has extensive experience in delivering transformations for Public Sector, Enterprise, and Service Provider clients, with a focus on National Security and Defence from 2003 to 2015. They moved into the UK Enterprise sector in 2016 and later led the Customer Delivery for National Security and Defence. A passionate advocate for equality and inclusivity, Nic serves as the Allyship Lead for the Women of Cisco UK&I community.
