Paul Duffy has been an integral part of Cisco since April 2000, currently serving on the Industrial IoT / Enterprise CTO Team, focusing on the design and strategic development of standards for Cisco's Industrial Internet of Things initiatives, including Smart Cities and Smart Grid solutions. Duffy has extensive experience in product strategy and architecture for Smart Grid solutions as Technical Leader in Connected Energy, and has led mass-scale provisioning systems as Technical Leader in Broadband Network Management. Prior to Cisco, Duffy held the position of Project Lead at Teradyne, overseeing the implementation of automated test systems, and at Navico, where leadership was provided for several marine navigation systems, contributing to hardware evaluation and software development. Duffy holds a Master's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tufts University.
