Reza Nejabati

Reza Nejabati is the Head of Quantum Research at Cisco since March 2024, previously leading the High Performance Networks Group and serving as a Professor of Networks at the University of Bristol from September 2012 to March 2024. Nejabati's expertise encompasses a range of advanced networking areas including software-defined networking, infrastructure virtualization, network data analytics, and edge computing. With a solid academic background that includes a PhD in Optical Communication, Nejabati has held various prominent roles including Reader, Senior Lecturer, and involvement in the establishment of SDN product roadmaps at Zeetta Networks.
