Jeff Williams has over 20 years of work experience in various roles across multiple industries. Jeff currently works at Cision as a Product Owner. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst II at Rural Sourcing from 2020 to 2022.

Jeff's experience also includes working at SONIC Drive-In from 2014 to 2020, where they held positions such as Data Analyst II, Enterprise Support Analyst II, and Help Desk Technician II.

Before that, they were a Senior Support Technician at Noble Systems from 2011 to 2014, and a Network Analyst at BancFirst from 2008 to 2011.

Jeff started their career as a Field Engineer at Amcat from 2004 to 2008, and at Advanced Financial Solutions from 2003 to 2003.

Jeff also has experience as a Help Desk Technician at Oklahoma City Public Schools from 2002 to 2002, and as a Help Desk Coordinator at STILLWATER NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST from 2001 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Jeff has gained valuable expertise in product ownership, business analysis, data analysis, enterprise support, and help desk support.

Jeff Williams attended Oklahoma State University from 1995 to 2001, where they studied Philosophy. Jeff did not earn a degree during this time. In addition to their education, Jeff has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. Jeff further advanced their skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies by obtaining the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2020. Most recently, in October 2021, Jeff obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
