Christine Souza

Christine Souza has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to sales compensation, revenue operations, financial analysis, and planning. Christine began their career at Aeropostale as a Distribution Analyst and later served as an Intercollegiate Inventory Coordinator. Christine then worked as a Store Planner at Tommy Hilfiger and New York and Company. After that, they joined American Essentials as a Retail Analyst, where they developed and maintained financial databases and collaborated with sales teams for forecasting goals. Christine then transitioned to Fox Interactive Media as a Sales Analyst, monitoring budgets and compiling revenue forecasts. Christine later became a Senior Financial Analyst, calculating commission payouts and collaborating with the sales and finance teams. Christine then moved to MySpace, where they served as a Manager in Sales Planning and Analysis, overseeing revenue forecasting and providing performance insights to upper management. Christine also managed commission calculations and provided analysis for timely payouts. At Yahoo!, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for the East Coast Field Sales team, managing forecasts and providing performance assessments to sales management. Christine then joined USA TODAY as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed digital revenue forecasting and provided variance reports. Their most recent role was at Shutterstock, where they held multiple positions. As a Revenue Operations Manager, they executed commission calculations and bonuses for the sales organization. Christine also supported the SMB sales and Global Customer Care teams, providing reporting and managing revenue processes. Currently, Christine works as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Cision.

Christine Souza obtained a BA degree in Business from Manhattanville College, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Before attending Manhattanville College, they attended Marywood University for a year in 1996. Christine graduated from Dobbs Ferry High School in 1996 with a Regents Diploma.

Additionally, Christine has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they became a Certified Mindset Coach from IGNITE Their Mind. In 2012, they achieved a Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2011, they completed a Social Media Marketing program at Purchase College.
