Kristen Sala

Kristen Sala has been with Cision since January 2007 and currently serves as Senior Director of Global Data Management, where responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance system functionalities for the Media Management department, along with analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements. Previously, Kristen held roles such as Senior Director of Media Research North America, overseeing a diverse team across multiple locations to manage a database of over 300,000 media contacts, and Director of Media Research, maintaining critical influencer lists for the company. Earlier positions included Senior Manager of Electronic Media, Manager of Broadcast Media Research, and Media Researcher, where Kristen consistently demonstrated exceptional research and leadership capabilities. Prior to Cision, Kristen worked as a General Assignment Reporter for Southwest Regional Publishing, producing numerous articles and liaising with various stakeholders for story development. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English from Saint Xavier University.
