Ian Choi

Ian Choi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and operational strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Operations Strategy in Data & Decision Management at Manulife since November 2020, Ian has previously held significant roles at RBC as Director of Merchant Insights and LoyaltyOne in various analytical positions, ultimately reaching Associate Director of Analytics & Insights. Ian's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
