Senior Account Manager, Majors Tier 1 at Cision

Logan Nowicki has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Mediator/Consumer Protection Account Manager at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. In this role, Logan mediated disputes between consumers and businesses, settled successful cases, and provided recommendations for alternative legal options.

In 2018, Logan joined Cision as an Account Advisor in Client Development - Key, where they maintained high renewal rates for over 300 accounts and grew business through cross-selling and up-selling. They also provided solutions-based selling with the entire suite of Cision products and services.

Later at Cision, Logan became an Account Specialist in Client Development - Key, managing the implementation, growth, and renewal of over 150 accounts. They built relationships with clients, identified opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and analyzed client strategies to recommend new implementations.

Currently, Logan works as an Account Manager in Client Development - Majors at Cision. They are responsible for managing a client portfolio of 75 mid-market accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and overall account growth. They establish strong relationships with clients through consistent account review and business development meetings.

Logan Nowicki attended Franklin High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a High School Diploma. They later pursued higher education at Virginia Tech from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Public Relations and Political Science.
