Marvin is an IT Analyst at Russell & Bromley, where Marvin provides technical support to users, implements new technology, and identifies opportunities for refining business processes. Marvin also liaises with third party service companies for hardware, software, and communications equipment. Prior to this role, Marvin worked at Cisiv Ltd as an IT Support Analyst, developing specialist software for the pharmaceutical industry. Marvin also has experience providing 1st - 2nd Line Support at Jacksons Estate Agents and as a 1st Level Support Analyst at First Clarity during their internship. Marvin's educational background includes a Bcs in Computer science and networking communications from Kingston University and a National Diploma for IT Practitioners from Croydon College.
