Dawn Mastreno

Dawn Mastreno has a diverse work experience. Dawn is currently the Director of Client Operations at Cisive since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Douglas County School District starting from January 2023. In their previous role at First Advantage, they held various positions such as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success from November 2021 to September 2022, Sr. Director and Team Lead of Customer Success from February 2021 to November 2021, and Director of Customer Success from April 2016 to February 2021. Before joining First Advantage, Dawn worked at GOAL Academy as an Area Director from May 2010 to April 2016 and as a Homeroom/Academic Coach from September 2009 to May 2010. Dawn also had experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Corinthian Colleges, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2009 and as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Jones International University from August 2008 to September 2009.

Dawn Mastreno has a Master of Arts degree in Business Communication from Jones International University. Dawn also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Colorado Mesa University. In addition, Dawn has obtained a certification in The SOAR Program from First Advantage in 2021.
