Hoyt Davidson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the satellite industry and commercial space sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Near Earth LLC since March 2002, Davidson has specialized in M&A advisory, equity private placements, and financial consulting within an investment banking boutique. Prior to this, Davidson served as Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston from August 2000 to February 2002, focusing on telecom investment banking related to the satellite industry. Davidson co-founded the Space Finance Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where a decade-long tenure from August 1987 to August 2000 included comprehensive corporate finance coverage for the satellite sector.
