Melissa Lee Sileo

Melissa Lee Sileo is a skilled community engagement manager currently working at GrowFL since July 2023, where the focus is on aiding second-stage companies in Florida to enhance their growth. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the volunteer program manager and senior volunteer coordinator at The Sharing Center from August 2020 to July 2023. Melissa's earlier experience includes serving as the recreation programs and community events coordinator for the City of Winter Springs from April 2017 to February 2020, and as the director of programs and marketing for the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce from June 2012 to April 2017. Melissa holds a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus on International Relations and Affairs from Rollins College, earned between 2006 and 2011.
