Josh Izenberg

Joshua Izenberg is a Partner and General Counsel at Woodford Resources since 2023 and the Founder and Principal of IzenbergLaw, established in 2015, where services focus on M&A, finance, capital raising, and commercial and government contracting. Joshua serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Challenger Center, promoting student potential through simulated missions, and is a board member of The Arthur C. Clarke Foundation, which advocates for using creativity to envision a better future. Additional advisory roles include membership on the boards of Significance, focusing on government consulting, and CisLunar Industries, which aims to facilitate space exploration. Joshua co-founded OffWorld, contributing to AI-powered mining innovations, and previously held general counsel roles at ATK and Alion Science and Technology. Joshua's educational background includes an MBA from Georgetown University, an L.LB. from the University of Toronto, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University, alongside participation in the Space Studies Program at the International Space University.
