Earl Fairall has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Earl began their career at Herbst Lazar Bell in 2009 as an intern.
Earl then worked at Giovanini Metals from 2008 to 2009 as a Steel Fabricator, where their responsibilities included fabricating components for industrial conveyor systems and generating prints for fabrication.
In 2010, they joined the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago as a Research Assistant, where they contributed to research projects.
From 2011 to 2011, they worked at Turnkey Design Services, LLC as a Mechanical Engineer.
Earl then joined Turntide Technologies in 2016, where they held the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer until 2021.
Currently, they are employed at Wright Electric, starting in 2021, where they serve as the Director of Electric Machines.
Earl Fairall pursued their education with dedication and focus, beginning in 2006. Earl attended the Illinois Institute of Technology for four years, from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
Following their undergraduate studies, Earl's passion and interest in the field led him to enroll in McMaster University in 2011. Here, they dedicated himself to their studies, pursuing a higher level of knowledge in Mechanical Engineering. Earl's commitment paid off, and in 2017, they successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
