Walter Schroeder

Dr. Jan Walter Schroeder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in technology and space industries. Currently serving as CIO and a member of the Board of Directors at CisLunar Industries, Dr. Schroeder has a strong focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and IT infrastructure. As a co-founder of Sensovo, Dr. Schroeder has led the development of wearable technology that integrates tactile information. Previous roles include managing director positions, expert involvement in digital transformation projects at SaarLB, and global faculty member at the International Space University. Holding Master's degrees in Medical Informatics and photometric stereo, along with a PhD focused on electrotactile feedback systems, Dr. Schroeder has also contributed to academia and research in signal processing and microgravity.
