Véronique Blais is a seasoned communication consultant with extensive experience in media relations, crisis management, and strategic communications across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a media and ministerial relations consultant at CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest, Véronique oversees press relations, public image management, and event organization, while also providing internal communication support for significant projects within mental health and addiction programs. Prior roles include communication consultancy at CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal and TACT, where Véronique developed strategic communication plans, managed crisis situations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and engaged in public relations for diverse clients.
