Leslie-Anne Barber

Leslie-Anne Barber currently serves as the Deputy Director of Integrated Workforce Management at CISSS de l'Outaouais, leading a team focused on talent attraction, recruitment, staffing, schedule management, and training. From March 2016 to March 2023, Leslie-Anne co-founded and co-owned Deux à Deux. Previous roles at the University of Ottawa included Director of Administrative Services, Academic Administrator of Graduate Studies, part-time professor, and communications-related positions, all emphasizing strategic management and support of university operations. Leslie-Anne also served as a municipal councillor in Ward 6 of the Municipality of Pontiac from October 2017 to October 2021. Currently pursuing a PhD in Labor and Industrial Relations at Université du Québec en Outaouais, Leslie-Anne holds multiple degrees from the University of Ottawa, including an LL.L., an MBA, and a B.Com. in International Management.
