Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT solutions and management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Manager at Cistel Technology Inc. since July 2012, Paul oversees a Service Delivery team for Small and Medium Business clients, handling IT infrastructure project management and technical support. Previous roles include leading Technical Operations at Genband / Nortel, where insights were gained in managing patching operations for GENBAND products, and serving as Development Manager at Nortel, where Paul directed the Japan Service Adaptive Access team. An earlier career as a Design Engineer at Bell Northern Research involved advancing the “Orthogonal Defect Classification” technique. Paul holds a degree in Applied Science, Mechanical from Queen's University.
