Alejandra Salas Delgado

Alejandra Salas Delgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Design Advisor at Roche, Alejandra focuses on establishing stakeholder relationships, creating skilling frameworks, and developing training programs for Roche employees. In addition to work at Roche, Alejandra has been involved with CISV International since 2016, contributing as a training specialist, international committee member, and national trainer, where responsibilities include training delivery and curriculum development. Previous roles include Training Delivery Lead at Microsoft and AML Compliance Associate at Western Union. Alejandra holds a Master’s degree in Education and ICT (E-learning) and various degrees in project management, environmental interpretation, and biology, alongside an associate’s degree in photography.
