David Paul Steer

David Paul Steer MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for CISWO The Coal Mining Charity since November 2021, David previously held significant positions at Barclays, including Managing Director and Head of Premier Customer Segment, where responsibilities included overseeing a million customers and managing a large team across the UK. Earlier roles also included Director of Customer Service and Operations at TalkTalk and various leadership positions at GE Money, culminating in Board Membership. David holds an MBA from Henley Business School and has completed an Executive Programme at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on executive leadership and future business models.
