Barry Nohalty

Barry Nohalty is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in structured finance and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at CIT since March 2007, Barry Nohalty leads syndication, structured finance, and international business development teams for CIT Rail. Prior to this role, Barry Nohalty held the position of Vice President of Structured Finance and Business Development at GE Capital Railcar Services from October 1996 to March 2007 and also served as Vice President at GE Capital from 1991 to 2007. Barry Nohalty holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, obtained between 2001 and 2003, and a degree in Business with a focus on Finance from Miami University, earned from 1986 to 1990.
