Kellie Warner

Kellie Warner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business program management, technology strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Integration at First Citizens Bank, Kellie manages initiatives to integrate human resources systems and lead regulatory updates. Prior roles at CIT include Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology & Operations, where contributions resulted in significant cost savings and workforce transformation, as well as Director of Strategic Program Management, focusing on efficiency and implementation of a customized vendor accounting platform. Kellie also held various senior leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where key achievements included developing governance models for anti-money laundering and overseeing major technology initiatives in credit card services. Kellie's earlier experience includes consultancy roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and project management at First Data Corporation. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Asian Studies from Mary Baldwin University.
