Ken Pierson

Ken Pierson is an experienced executive in the railway industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Locomotive at CIT, where leadership involves overseeing locomotive lease and finance operations. Prior to this role, Ken was Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Wabtec Corporation, leading the development and execution of growth strategies for diesel-electric locomotives. A significant portion of Ken's career was spent at GE Transportation, where responsibilities included leading the Asia-Pacific sales team and establishing the railway signalling business in India. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a certificate from the GE Crotonville Management Institute.
