Michelle Hacker has over a decade of experience in human resources information systems and operations, currently serving as Vice President of HRIS/Operations at CIT since May 2014. In this role, Michelle manages foundational HR data, system integrations, and the HCM system while facilitating communication between HR and IT. Michelle is responsible for delivering dashboards and critical reporting, including turnover analysis and operational key performance indicators. Prior to CIT, Michelle worked as an Operations Research Analyst for the US Army, developing life cycle cost estimates and analyzing data impacts on organizational variables. Michelle also has experience as a Peer Tutor at Monmouth University, providing academic support in mathematics. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Monmouth University.
