Tom Ficca

Tom Ficca has over 30 years of experience in the finance and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets at CIT since 2018, Tom previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Radius Bank from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Tom was Program Management Leader at EverBank for 13 years. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Interchange Capital Company LLC, where Tom worked from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Tom held key roles at Chase Leasing, Fleet Capital Leasing, Keycorp Leasing LTD, and First Fidelity Bank throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.
