Duílio Andrade

Duílio Andrade is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering management. Currently serving as a Principal Architect and Software Engineer Manager at CI&T since March 2021, Duílio focuses on supporting and managing squads to deliver value, utilizing methodologies such as Safe, Scrum, and Kanban. Previous roles include Systems Architect, where Duílio contributed to the design of Open Finance solutions in Brazil, and Enterprise System Architect Consultant for the National Council of the Management Secretaries. Additionally, Duílio has held various positions at Companhia de Processamento de Dados do Estado da Bahia, leading initiatives in distributed services and agile methodologies. An educator at multiple institutions, Duílio has taught a range of subjects related to programming and systems analysis.
