Gustavo Concon

Gustavo Concon has extensive experience in technology leadership and architecture, currently serving as CTO at CI&T since December 2009, where I focus on transforming company cultures to adopt a tech-driven mindset. Previous roles at CI&T include Architecture Manager, responsible for leading a team of over 160 professionals in the insurance sector, and Systems Architect, where I collaborated directly with client architecture teams on enterprise solutions. Prior to CI&T, Gustavo worked as an IT Architect at IBM, managing software development for corporate portals, and as a Software Developer at Sonda Procwork, focusing on Java programming and system specifications. Gustavo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences and Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
