Paulo Dutra

Paulo Dutra has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Squad Leader at CI&T, where leadership of agile teams and the training and development of team members are key responsibilities. Previous roles at CI&T include Scrum Master and Software Engineer, with significant contributions to software development processes, including the creation of a complex railway management system for Vale. Prior to CI&T, Paulo was a Security Analyst at Banco Mercantil do Brasil, focusing on application access control and regulatory audits, and a Developer at Autumn TI, enhancing ERP solutions. Additional positions include IT Analyst and Service Desk Analyst at various organizations. Paulo holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade FUMEC, completed in 2014.
