Leonardo Leão

Leonardo Leão is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Squad Leader at TQI since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading teams and delivering technology projects using agile methodologies. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Grupo Energisa, where Leonardo oversaw the connection processes for photovoltaic plants, and Project Analyst at Deloitte, focusing on financial advisory for capital projects. Additional experience encompasses supervisory and engineering roles in energy efficiency and solar energy projects, as well as strategic planning for materials at Enel Brasil.
