Rafael Gonçalves da Silva

Rafael Gonçalves da Silva is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in software development, primarily within the ERP domain. Currently at CI&T since May 2021, Rafael focuses on creating scalable communication platforms between ERP systems and marketplaces across Latin America, leading implementation teams and developing reusable libraries. Previous roles include leading software engineering at TOTVS, where Rafael worked on a joint venture ERP project for Russia, and serving as a software engineer at Helm do Brasil and Meliora Consultoria, where responsibilities involved ERP maintenance, integrations, and KPI reporting. Rafael holds an MBA in Software Engineering from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UNILAGO.
