Thais Destro

Thais Destro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, agile methodologies, and software development. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Squad Leader, and People Development Manager at CI&T since September 2012, Thais has a strong focus on fostering an inclusive environment and effective communication in multicultural projects. Previous roles include Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Tester, where Thais enhanced team collaboration and maintained high quality standards in project deliverables. Thais began a career in software development, contributing to international projects using multiple programming languages. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Analyst at Meta and as a Software Developer at Fundação Bradesco. Thais is pursuing an Executive MBA in Project Management at Universidade São Francisco, following a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Ibmec.
