Victoria Maitland

Victoria Maitland is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP of People and Head of People for North America and Europe at CI&T since October 2018, Victoria has also held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at the same company. Prior to CI&T, Victoria was the Human Resources Director during Comrade's acquisition by CI&T and gained significant experience as a Senior HR Strategist at Clover Consulting. Earlier career roles include positions at Berkeley Research Group LLC, The Tulip Grove, MacFarlane Partners, Webvan, and Miller Freeman UN. Victoria holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, a certification in Writing, Editing & Technical Communication from the University of California, Berkeley, and an honors Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlesex University.
