Celeste Cramer

Celeste Cramer, MSOM, FACMPE, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Citadel Completions LLC since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Practice Administrator at Lake Charles Memorial Health System, where responsibilities included managing operations and strategic direction, overseeing budgets, and enhancing patient satisfaction. As Vice President of Human Resources at Versus, Celeste developed HR strategies aligned with business goals and focused on talent acquisition. While serving as System Director of Recruitment and Retention at CoxHealth, Celeste oversaw recruitment for a large healthcare system, including international recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier roles included management of recruitment strategies at Mercy and creating content for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. Celeste holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Evangel University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
