Courtney Rowan

Courtney Rowan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital experience and eCommerce management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Experience at Citadel Federal Credit Union since February 1999, Rowan oversees the optimization of the company's website to enhance user experience, foster customer loyalty, and drive sales across eCommerce channels. Previous roles at Citadel include Director of eCommerce, eCommerce Manager, and Web Manager, where responsibilities encompassed site management and content integrity. Prior to Citadel, Rowan worked as Front End Manager at Pathmark Stores, Inc., supervising staff and managing financial operations. Rowan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Temple University and an Associate's Degree in Networking & Data Communications from Anthem Institute-Springfield.
