David Schillon, MSHR, CPTM, is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Facilitator at Citadel Credit Union since September 2022, David previously held the position of Senior Learning and Development Analyst at Alliant Credit Union, where responsibilities included evaluating and facilitating training programs. Earlier in the career, David worked in positions such as Employee Engagement & Development Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Client Service Training Officer at J.P. Morgan, where notable contributions included the facilitation of onboarding and professional development training.
