Raun Kercher

Raun Kercher is an experienced User Experience Strategist currently working at Citadel Credit Union since January 2021, where responsibilities include implementing various UX research methodologies. Raun volunteers as a UX Designer Videographer for the Appalachian Mountain Club - Delaware Valley, focusing on improving usability and accessibility through UI/UX design. As the owner of Raun Design from August 2004 to November 2022, Raun specialized in branding and website design. Previous roles include Digital Designer positions at PPL Corporation, STUDIOetc, and WSP USA, where responsibilities ranged from graphic design to web development. Raun holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has completed several relevant workshops and certifications in web design and graphic design. Additionally, Raun has certifications in CPR and Wilderness First Aid.
