Nishi Karysingh

Nishi Karysingh is an experienced HR Practitioner currently employed at Citadel Investment Service since March 2005, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, updating policies, onboarding new employees, and handling employee benefits. Nishi's expertise extends to performance management, corporate social investment initiatives, and health and safety management, along with a strong knowledge of HR legislation. Prior to Citadel, Nishi worked as a Personnel Officer at Sappi from March 1994 to February 2005. Nishi holds a B Tech in HR Management from the University of South Africa, obtained in 2010, and completed Matric with a focus on Maths, Accounting, Biology, Geography, English, and Afrikaans at Stanger Manor Secondary School.
